Making healthy food choices every day will help you give your baby what they need to develop. FITNESS

One of the best forms of acquiring prenatal fitness is through cardio exercise! My favorite form of cardio…DANCE! Dancing is a feel good workout that challenges you, uplifts you, and reminds you that you are sensual! There are many benefits to dancing while pregnant, such as:

  • improving your stamina, which is a benefit for before, during, and after labor

  • reduces the need for medical intervention

  • may shorten the postpartum recovery period

  • stress reduction

  • improve muscle tone strengthening the limbs and alleviating the leg and backaches that come with pregnancy

  • can help with bloating

  • and so much more!

In Spring of 2024, we hope to bring you Prenatal Cardio Dance classes.
